Ingredients
  

  • 2 store-bought flatbreads or naan breads"
  • "1 cup cooked chicken shredded or diced",
  • "½ cup BBQ sauce plus extra for drizzling",
  • "1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese"
  • "½ cup shredded cheddar cheese"
  • "¼ red onion thinly sliced",
  • "¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped",
  • "1 jalapeño thinly sliced (optional)",
  • "2 tablespoons ranch dressing optional",
  • "1 tablespoon chopped green onions"

Instructions
 

  • "Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up
  • In a medium bowl, toss the cooked chicken with ½ cup of BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  • Remove the hot baking sheet from the oven and carefully place the flatbreads on it.
  • Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over each flatbread.
  • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the flatbreads.
  • Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture on top.
  • Add the remaining cheese, followed by the sliced red onion and jalapeños (if using).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crispy.
  • Remove the flatbreads from the oven and let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce and ranch dressing (if using).
  • Sprinkle with fresh cilantro, green onions, and a pinch of smoked paprika.
  • Slice and serve immediately.
